Spring Cheese Celebration is a Gold Coast-made cheese box for easy spring entertaining. It includes four cow’s milk cheeses made with milk from the Scenic Rim, plus Natural Sourdough Lavosh Crackers by Silver Tongue Foods.

The Spring Cheese Celebration brings together three beautifully simple ways to enjoy Gold Coast Cheese Co. cheese. Grill the Chilli Garlic Halloumi until golden for a family barbecue, pour a drink and cut into the Currumbin Cheddar after work, then save the Ashed Triple Cream for a slower, more indulgent Saturday night.
Made here on the Gold Coast with cow’s milk from the Scenic Rim, it is a generous selection for anyone who enjoys good cheese without needing to overthink it.

GCC Chilli Garlic Halloumi, 200g
Made for the barbecue. Slice it thick, grill until golden and serve while it is still hot & spicy. Perfect in an Asian style salad. -
GCC Cow’s Milk Halloumi, 200g
A versatile, crowd-pleasing favourite for salads, skewers, wraps or a second round on the grill. -
GCC Currumbin Cheddar, 150g
A proper cheddar to keep close for afternoon drinks, casual grazing and the sort of conversation that makes dinner run late. -
GCC Ashed Triple Cream, 200g
Soft, rich and beautifully striking on a platter. Add lavosh, something sweet, maybe a movie and a bottle you have been saving. -

We deliver to 95% of Australia using a refrigerated courier service—so your Gold Coast Cheese travels in style (and chill!) ❄️ We don’t include ice bricks in your delivery—because with transit times often taking several days, they’d melt anyway.
If no one is going to be home, you can leave your esky with ice bricks at your front door. The driver can pop your cheese straight in to keep it cool.
👉 But here’s the important bit: you must add a note at checkout. That’s the only way the request enters the courier’s system—without it, the driver won’t be able to follow through. ✅💬
If you're outside the courier's reach we’ll send your order by Australia Post Express with ice bricks. So no matter where you are in Australia we’ll get your cheese to you. 🐨✈️📦
