Yarra Valley Caviar’s Smoked Salmon caviar is well renowned across the restaurant trade.
The salmon are milked for roe entirely by hand, once per year, under a completely natural anaesthetic of clove oil, and are then gently placed back in their ponds to spawn again the following year.
This innovative product is a combination of 72 hour smoked red gum salt used in the brining stage followed by cold smoking using a local Mountain Ash hard wood. The result is mild, smoky flavour that bursts in your mouth.

We deliver to 95% of Australia using a refrigerated courier service—so your Gold Coast Cheese travels in style (and chill!) ❄️ We don’t include ice bricks in your delivery—because with transit times often taking several days, they’d melt anyway.
If no one is going to be home, you can leave your esky with ice bricks at your front door. The driver can pop your cheese straight in to keep it cool.
👉 But here’s the important bit: you must add a note at checkout. That’s the only way the request enters the courier’s system—without it, the driver won’t be able to follow through. ✅💬
If you're outside the courier's reach we’ll send your order by Australia Post Express with ice bricks. So no matter where you are in Australia we’ll get your cheese to you. 🐨✈️📦
