Heilala Vanilla Beans are grown using sustainable methods in partnership with the people of Tonga. The plantation began in the early 2000's and has grown from strength to strength each year with Heilala Vanilla now considered to be the richest grade of vanilla in the Asia Pacific region.
Heilala's award-winning Vanilla Paste is made by reintroducing Vanilla seeds to their Vanilla Extract and adding a natural seaweed thickener to achieve the magic consistency. The Vanilla Paste will showcase the seeds alongside the full vanilla flavour.

We ship to 95% of people using our refrigerated delivery parter. This means a refrigerated vehicle arrives at your door to hand deliver your Gold Coast Cheese Pack. And refrigerated means it stays in great condition for the entire journey!
For orders outside our delivery partner's range, we ship using Australia Post Express. This means it doesn't matter where you are in this massive country, we can deliver cheese to you.
