A collaboration between leading Australian craft spirit company Four Pillars Gin and Sydney pasta royalty Fabbrica Pasta Shop, the Casarecce Alla Four Pillars Gin pasta pack is a classic in the making.
A rich, tomato-based sauce spiked with Olive Leaf Gin, combined with Bellata Gold durum semolina casarecce – a Sicilian shape – made in-house by Fabbrica Pasta Shop using locally sourced free-range eggs and '00' flour from Ben Furney Milling.
Each pack serves two people and is ready in just five minutes.
